Tracking & delivery

When will my order be shipped?

We strive to have standard in-stock orders dispatched within 1-3 working days of your order being placed. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified of any delays.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you may change your delivery address (assuming your order has not been despatched). We recommend calling or emailing us immediately upon realising that your order's address may be wrong. If your order is already in transit, it maybe not be possible to change the delivery address and we may have to recall the package for it to be resent upon it's arrival. Additional carriage charges may apply.

How can I track my order?

You will recieve and email once your order is dispatched with tracking information. You can email us on info@dalstonmillfabrics.co.uk if you would like and help with tracking your order.

Returns & Refunds

What is your Returns Policy?

You have 30 days from the moment your order's been delivered or made available for collection to return an item.

For all returns, we aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If for some reason you are unable to return an item to us within the above timeframe, please get in touch - but we can't promise we will accept it, and any refunds may be made by way of a gift voucher.

How do I return something to you?

Once your return has been received by our warehouse, we'll email you to let you know whether a refund has been issued.

Placing Orders

What are your accepted payment methods?

You can pay for your order using a credit or debit card of your choice. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept payment using PayPal.

How do I apply discount codes?

To apply a promo or discount code:
• Proceed to checkout and enter your code in the ['Apply Discount Code'] field.
• Click ['Apply Discount'] to see your new total before finalizing your order.
• Only one code can be used per order.
If you’re having trouble entering your promo code, please try clearing the cache on your web browser or trying on a different device.

Will my order arrive as a single continuous length?

We always cut fabric to order from a roll in a continious length. So, if you order 4m of a fabulous floral for your next summer dress, we will cut a single 4m length from the roll. We will not cut 4 small 1m lengths.

If for any reason, this is not possible, we will get in touch with you before cutting your order. For example, if you order more than a single roll, we will call you to discuss how you would like your order prepared.

Can I order fabric in multiples of half a metre?

The short answer is YES.
1) Navigate to the fabric page of your choice.
2) Click into the quantitiy box which will show "1" as a default.
3) Delete the 1 and type in the amount you require. 0.5 or 1.5 etc.
4) Click "Add to Cart"

Samples

How do I order samples?

You can order samples of any fabic on our website. Its fast and easy to add a sample to our basket in 3 steps.
1) Navigate to your chosen product page on Dalston Mill Fabrics
2) Click "Add a Sample 95p"
3) View your cart to verify the sample has been added (just to be sure).

How big are your fabrics samples?

Sample sizes depend on the type of fabric on the size of the print but on average our samples are approx 10cm x 15cm.

How much is delivery for samples?

Samples cost 95p each but we do not charge a delivery charge for orders that only contain samples. Samples are usually dispatched using Royal Mail First Class post but larger samples orders are sometimes sent with a tracked courier service with Evri.
